01Scope

These terms cover browsing, using information and making enquiries on PICKLE THE BLUE, operated by CREATE STUDIO MATSUMOTO. Shops, tournaments and events linked from this site have their own provider terms.

02Published information

This site publishes pickleball guides, equipment information, tournaments and social events. We take care with accuracy, but dates, entry status, prices, stock and rules can change. Check the cited source, organiser or seller before participating or purchasing. Published specifications are distinguished from hands-on testing, and generated illustrations are not presented as photographs of real venues or products.

03Copyright, quotation and linking

Rights in text, editorial work and images belong to the operator or their lawful owners. Do not reproduce, alter or redistribute them beyond what applicable law allows without permission. Follow legal conditions for quotation, including attribution. Ordinary links to the site generally require no prior notice, but must not imply endorsement, partnership or ownership of our content.

04Prohibited conduct

Do not break applicable laws or public order; infringe copyright, privacy, reputation or other rights; impersonate others; send false, harassing or bulk unwanted enquiries; attempt unauthorised access; send harmful software; overload or disrupt the site; or mislead people about a relationship with the operator.

05Purchases and event participation

The site does not process product purchases, payments or event registrations. Follow the seller’s or organiser’s instructions. Prices, delivery, cancellations, refunds, eligibility, insurance and whether an event proceeds depend on that provider. Read their terms and direct transaction enquiries to them. If the operator organises an activity, that role and its conditions will be clearly stated.

06Advertising disclosures

Pages containing advertising or affiliate links disclose that relationship. Listing an item or linking to it does not guarantee suitability, effects or that an event will take place. See the advertising section of our privacy policy for current arrangements.

07Changes and interruptions

We may update content or temporarily interrupt access for corrections, improvements and maintenance. Where possible, major planned changes or prolonged interruptions will be announced on the site. Connections, devices and external services can affect images and linked pages.

08Responsibility

We aim to operate the site appropriately, including correcting information and responding to enquiries. We do not guarantee individual equipment suitability, training outcomes or event results. Any liability is determined under applicable law, including Japan’s Civil Code and Consumer Contract Act. These terms do not exclude or limit liability for intent, gross negligence or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Information received through email or enquiries, browser storage and external image requests are handled as described in the privacy policy.

10Changes to these terms

We may review these terms as services or laws change. Changes affecting users and their effective dates will be announced on the site. We will follow any legally required consent or other procedure.
